THE MOOR: rivelano nuovo singolo e dettagli sul nuovo album

Il quartetto progressive/melodic death metal THE MOOR svela il primo singolo, intitolato "The Overlord Disease", dall'atteso album "Ombra", previsto per marzo 2024.
Dopo aver collaborato con i lavori precedenti con artisti come Mikael Stanne dei Dark Tranquillity, Niklas Isfeldt dei Dream Evil e Björn Strid dei Soilwork, i THE MOOR tornano col loro disco più oscuro mai realizzato, promettendo un'esplorazione emotiva che si addentra nei labirinti del processo creativo e nelle ombre che lo accompagnano.
La sonorità di "Ombra" è ulteriormente elevata per mano del leggendario produttore Fredrik Nordström, la cui maestria porta una profondità e una ricchezza unica nel suo genere. Presso lo Studio Fredman a Gothenburg, Nordström ha mixato e masterizzato meticolosamente ogni brano, garantendo un'esperienza uditiva che risuona con il concept del disco e le sue crude emozioni.
A fare da introduzione ci sarà “Il tema dell’Ombra”, brano orchestrale creato a Hollywood dal batterista ex membro dei The Moor, Max Lombardo, ora compositore e arrangiatore per il cinema.
A completare il tessuto sonoro c'è l'artwork visionario di Niklas Sundin, un artista rinomato per la capacità di catturare l'essenza dei viaggi musicali in immagini vivide.

THE MOOR
The Moor is a progressive metal band with ever-evolving sound facets, hailing from mainland Venice, Italy. After their debut in 2012, they distinguished themselves for their atmospheric and innovative sound, incorporating elements of progressive rock and metal in various forms, including death metal and thrash metal, while maintaining recognizable melodies and memorable choruses.
The band has collaborated with artists like Mikael Stanne from Dark Tranquillity, Niklas Isfeldt from Dream Evil, and Björn Strid from Soilwork.
The quartet is now composed of members of acts like Time and the Hunter (feat. Niklas Sundin), Folkstone, and historical underground acts like Bleed In Vain and Ensoph.
The Moor is set to release their highly anticipated new album, mixed and
mastered at Studio Fredman by Fredrik Nordström (In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, Architects, Dimmu Borgir, Obscura...) in early 2024.
The Moor sound explores a mix of progressive metal, electronica, and melodic death metal influences.
